Use of cookies
When you use our website, cookies are stored on your computer. Cookies are small text files. Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the Internet more user-friendly and effective overall.
This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and functionality of which are explained below:
Transient cookies
These cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. These include in particular the session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the joint session. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.
Persistent cookies
These cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which can vary depending on the cookie. You can delete the cookies in the security settings of your browser at any time.
Prevention of cookies
You can configure your browser settings according to your wishes and, for example, refuse to accept third-party cookies or all cookies. We would like to point out that you may then not be able to use all the functions of this website.
Cookiebot
We use the external web service Cookiebot from Cybot A/S (www.cookiebot.com/de) to inform you about the cookies used on our website and to obtain your consent to the use of cookies. A permanent cookie called “CookieConsent” is stored in your browser to save your consent.
The following data is automatically logged at Cybot A/S:
-
IP number of the end user in an anonymized form (the last three digits are set to ‘0’)
-
Date and time of consent
-
User agent of the end user’s browser
-
URL from which consent was sent
-
An anonymous, random and encrypted key
-
End-user consent status, which serves as proof of consent
The information generated by the cookie is not used to personally identify the visitor to this website and is not combined with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym.
The data collected by Cybot A/S is stored on servers within the EU.
If you do not agree to the storage of this data, you can object to the storage at any time with a mouse click as described above. In this case, a so-called opt-out cookie is stored in your browser, with the result that Cookiebot only provides cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of the website. Please note that if you completely delete your cookies, the opt-out cookie will also be deleted and you may have to reactivate it.
Storage duration
Cookiebot’s permanent cookie called “CookieConsent” is automatically deleted after 12 months, unless you delete it beforehand via the browser setting. You can delete the cookies in the security settings of your browser at any time.
third country transfer
There is no third country transfer through the use of Cookiebot. Cookiebot uses trusted subcontractors within the EU to provide its cloud-based services. For more details, see Cookiebot’s privacy policy: www.cookiebot.com/de/privacy-policy/
contradiction
By changing the settings in your Internet browser, you can deactivate or restrict the transmission of cookies. Cookies that have already been saved can be deleted at any time. This can also be done automatically. If cookies are deactivated for our website, it may no longer be possible to use all the functions of the website to their full extent.
Social bookmarks
So-called social bookmarks (e.g. from Facebook or Twitter) are integrated on our website. Social bookmarks are Internet bookmarks that users of such a service can use to collect links and news reports. These are only included on our website as a link to the corresponding services. After clicking on the integrated graphic, you will be redirected to the website of the respective provider, i.e. only then will user information be transmitted to the respective provider. Information on the handling of your personal data when using these websites can be found in the respective data protection regulations of the providers.
youtube

The integration takes place in the extended data protection mode or the no-cookie solution, i.e. only when the video is played are cookies and pixel tags set by YouTube to personalize advertising and search results.
When the YouTube video is played, the following data is transmitted to Google as the YouTube operator:
- the IP-adress,

the specific address of the page accessed from us,
-
the transmitted identifier of the browser as well as
-
system date and time of the call,
-
existing cookies that can be used to uniquely identify your browser.
Google as the operator of YouTube is solely responsible for this data processing. More information can be found here. We would like to point out that Google can receive further data about cookies already stored by you. The extent to which these are used by Google is beyond our control. YouTube’s privacy policy can be found here.
Website Analysis
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Use includes the Universal Analytics operating mode. This makes it possible to assign data, sessions and interactions across multiple devices to a pseudonymous user ID and thus analyze a user’s activities across devices.
Google Analytics uses cookies, which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. Our legitimate interest in data processing also lies in these purposes. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Section 15 (3) TMG and Article 6 (1) f GDPR. The data sent by us and linked to cookies, user IDs (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs are automatically deleted after the shortest possible storage period of 14 months. Data that has reached the end of its retention period is automatically deleted once a month.
You can find more information on the terms of use and data protection at: https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or at https://policies.google.com/?hl=de
You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; we would like to point out to you however that in this case you will, if applicable, not be able to use all functions of this website in full. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by clicking https://tools.google.com /dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de and install it. Opt-out cookies prevent future collection of your data when you visit this website. To prevent Universal Analytics from collecting data across different devices, you must opt out on all systems used.
Google Tag Manager
For reasons of transparency, we would like to point out that we use the Google Tag Manager. The Google Tag Manager itself does not collect any personal data. The Tag Manager makes it easier for us to integrate and manage our tags. Tags are small pieces of code used, among other things, to measure traffic and visitor behavior, understand the impact of online advertising and social channels, set up remarketing and audience targeting, and test and optimize websites. We use the Tag Manager for Google Analytics. If you have made a deactivation, this deactivation will be taken into account by Google Tag Manager. For more information on the Google Tag Manager see: https://www.google.com/intl/de/tagmanager/use-policy.html.
Data transmission
A transfer of your data to third parties does not take place unless we are legally obliged to do so, or the transfer of data is necessary to carry out the contractual relationship, or you have previously expressly consented to the transfer of your data.
External service providers and partner companies such as online payment providers or the shipping company commissioned with the delivery only receive your data if this is necessary to process your order. In these cases, however, the scope of the transmitted data is limited to the necessary minimum. Insofar as our service providers come into contact with your personal data, we ensure that they comply with the provisions of the data protection laws in the same way as part of order processing in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. Please also note the respective data protection notices of the providers. The respective service provider is responsible for the content of third-party services, whereby we check the services for compliance with legal requirements within the scope of what is reasonable.
We value processing your data within the EU/EEA. However, we may use service providers who process data outside of the EU/EEA. In these cases, we ensure that an adequate level of data protection is established at the recipient before the transmission of your personal data. This means that a level of data protection is achieved via EU standard contracts or an adequacy decision, such as the EU Privacy Shield, that is comparable to the standards within the EU.
Data security
We have taken extensive technical and operational precautions to protect your data from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Our security procedures are regularly reviewed and adapted to technological advances.
